About Matt Miller

Matt is the Lead Coach for John O’Leary Live Inspired, The Worley Banks Group, and Aim Field Hockey. Matt also coaches a variety of clients in the St. Louis area, is a Senior Consultant with Franklin Covey and recently signed with Limitless Minds.

Matt is a former special education teacher and spent the majority of his educational career as an administrator. Under Matt’s leadership, Kellison Elementary went from a low performing school in 2000 to being named in 2004 as a Top Ten High Performing School in the State of Missouri by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Matt transitioned to Stanton Elementary in 2004. Stanton was the lowest performing school in the District and in just two years was named a Top Ten School in the State of Missouri. Stanton went on to be one of the first 20 schools in the world to be named a Lighthouse Leadership School by the Franklin Covey Organization.

Matt contributes all success to the power of positive relationships. When organizations are focused on people – great things happen – and it’s the little things that make a big difference.

Matt’s wife Annie is the Principal at Parkway West Middle School and they have three kids – Grace a graduate student at North Central College, Kate a Senior at UMKC, and Matthew currently in the St. Louis Fire Academy.

Matt is a Board of Director for West County EMS, Board member for the YMCA Trout Lodge, active member at St. Vincent DePaul church in the city of St. Louis, and lead gardener at MuirView Garden.
